Should have switched sooner!
We were very unhappy with our processing company (terrible customer service, would never give me a straight answer about cancellation fees) and needed to find a better solution. Came across Leaders Merchant Services (rated highly for their low rates). Switching over was much easier and faster than I expected. Should have done it sooner - would have saved $$ and headaches.

Almost Perfect
Mostly happy I went with Leaders Merchant Services. For me and my business, saving money/hanging on to profits is the most important factor when comparing credit card processing companies. When I was shopping around, Leaders was offering the lowest rates by a long shot. There were a couple of hiccups with my order and setup, so if it wasn't for that I would have given them the highest rating overall.

They are the worst
First of all, the monthly fees are too high. Second of all, I purchased equipment from them so I wouldn't have to pay the loaner fee. I have the invoice FROM THEM when I purchased it, yet they keep billing me the loaner fee months later and refuse to acknowledge that I purchased it. Their customer service is horrendous.

Spoke to Juan from Sales. He was very unprofessional & aggressive. Than connected to Miles. He confused me with 500 lines of different fees and when I told him that he said I’m the only one who doesn’t understand and shouldn’t be talking to them than & hung up on me. I see why they were rated 1.4 stars. Truly fit that bad rating. Very vague, not transient and unprofessional co. I wouldn’t trust with my business these guys STAY AWAY.

Horrible company
Horrible company, avoid at all cost. They fail to complete PCI compliance when setting up the account and then don't tell you about it so that you end up with extra fees and costs, customer service is a laughable joke at best if you can get a hold of them. Fees are a complete lie and you won't be able to get a full breakdown of what they're trying to charge you. When I first signed up they were super helpful sweet talking you in to good prices and good percents and then 30 to 60 days later you can't get any service the monthly fee goes from $25 to over $100 with no explanation and no breakdown.

My Regret of Doing Business with Them
When I initially spoke with "Mr. P." of Leaders Merchant Services back on 3/13/24, he seemed to extremely helpful, kind, professional and knowledgeable - boy, was I wrong. The initial monthly fees that were initially communicated with me as a small business customer service company were minimal (approx. $15-$22/month), however, that all changed a month afterward and I began receiving deductions of $140 from my business checking account. I was livid, to say the least. When I contacted "Mr. P." via email on 8/29/24, he said he was on vacation and would get back. He then responded with an email absconding him of all responsibility and to contact customer service with any questions I may have. I felt violated and bamboozled. Since that time, I have emailed and called him numerous times to get a response, and he has ignored every one of my messages. However, I've been trying to get a refund of the monies deducted from my account wrongfully. It's been over $320, and I am not a happy camper right now. As a matter of fact, when I contacted their main offices both on 9/16/24 and 10/1/24, they said that they won't be refunding any of my money. What?!!!! I have no activity on my account. My message to the CEO of Leaders Merchant Services: Sir, you are running a dirty business. How can you or any of your team sleep well at night knowing that you are fraudulently conducting business with innocent and hardworking business owners? Shame on you! Your business and your team are not operating in integrity. You're quick to take money from others but not quick to make things right. As a customer service coach, this is what I talk and teach - the business practices of businesses and exceptional customer service delivery. This company is a scam, and I am willing to take this as far as it needs to go to get justice not only for myself, but for countless others who have been deceived. To the thousands of viewers who may come across this review, please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for business. Save yourself the heartache and grief of having to conduct business with those who don't care about you as a customer and who will stoop to the lowest to make a quick dollar. To "Mr. P.": Sir, I trusted you with the info you provided. You were a smooth talker who simply made your commission with me and went on to your next victim. You are a wolf in sheep's clothing. Period. Unfortunately, I learned you are not the professional I thought you were. To Leaders Merchant Services: If you don't get yourselves together, your business will be listed in the archives of those who took advantage of others and failed miserably.

Problem gelöst
Ich habe 100,00 Euro auf das Konto aufgeladen, davon 40,00 Euro verbraucht. Die restlichen 60,00 Euro sind von einem Tag auf den Anderen "verschwunden", d.H. sie sind nicht mehr auf den Konto und es gibt diesbezüglich auch keine Transaktionen. Seit einem Monat blage ich mich mit dem "Support" herum, versuche mit Screenshots usw. auf den Fall aufmerksam zu machen, doch ich erhalte nur eine automatische Antwort vom "Support/KI", wo nicht auf den Fall eingegangen wird. Momentan ist Paysafe nicht vertrauenswürdig und ich rate allen davon ab, Paysafe zu benützen!! 03.04.24: Paysafe hat zwar auf diese Bewertung reagiert, aber nach Zusendung weiterer Details keine Reaktion. Seit ca. 6 Wochen ist das Geld auf meinem Konto verschwunden!! Update 07.05.24: Das Problem wurde jetzt von einen fähigen Supportmitarbeiter gelöst und das Geld wurde wieder freigegeben. Alles gut!

Ich habe mir im SEP eine Paysafe Guthabenkarte gekauft . Gottseidank nur 10,- € Im OKT wollte ich sie Einlösen und musste Erstaunt feststellen, dass bereits 3,- € "Bearbeitungsgebühr" fehlten ! Und das entgegen Paysafe`s eigenen Geschäftsbedingungen , worin garantiert ist , dass dies erst nach Ablauf von sechs Monaten erfolgt. Das ist Betrug , ganz klar ! Die sieben Euro Restguthaben sind für mich auch nicht verwendbar und denke mal , verloren . Also Lehrgeld. Der Support von Paysafe hat bis heute nur mit Ausreden reagiert - ebenso kann man auf diese Mails auch nicht direkt antworten ... Ich kann an dieser Stelle nur warnen , PAYSAFE wieterhin Geld anzuvertrauen ! Dokumente stelle ich gerne zur Verfügung ... Aufgrund dieses Threats hat sich die Service- Abteilung aus Dublin bei mir gemeldet - man Bedauert den Vorgang und hat mir eine Gutschrift über 10,- € erstattet. Der Threat kann also hiermit geschlossen werden - alles gut Noch eine Anmerkung - habe heute (09.12.23) eine weitere Paysafe - Card geholt. Die Karenzzeit ist jetzt von sechs Monaten auf 30 Tage reduziert worden und es steht jetzt auch deutlich auf dem Bon.

Dann habe ich nochmal eine Überweisung in Höhe von 170€ veranlasst aber diese sind immer noch nicht angekommen obwohl der Status auf abgeschlossen steht Update : Das Geld ist heute auf dem Konto eingegangen. Ich habe das Gefühl, die anderen Zahlungsanbieter verdrängen Paysafe Gutscheine. Aus guten Grund. Im Prinzip braucht man alle anderen nicht, egal ob für Steam oder Origin. Great for small businesses!
I have a one-product business that I do exclusively out of my home. I'm not a small business – I'm a tiny business! I can accept major credit cards from my customers because, with Clover, I can use an online Virtual Terminal and pay reduced fees because of my small size and because my product is dated and only for sale five to six months a year. Clover is the reason I can do business at all! I recommend them. Check 'em out!

Clover Dashboard is easy to use and navigate. Using the Virtual Terminal is convenient. It gives me a chance to speak with our customers as they wait for a email receipt. I think this makes the sale of our product more personable and promotes repeat business.

When I saw the Clover machine being…
When I saw the Clover machine being used at a trade show I was really impressed with it. The vendor showed me how easy it was to operate it. When I returned to my business I notified my store manager to follow-up on it. She did and we met with the representative David Steinberg. He was forthcoming, answered all our questions, was professional, and helped us through the transition to the new machine. It has made such a change in how we operate our sales. Being a small company and often only having one sales clerk, it sped up our time in cashing out customers, and my salespeople really love it. I have to thank David Steinberg for being the salesperson he is. He truly was a joy to work with. I know that we can call him at any time and he anwers the phone. I don't think he has a clock because he always answers whether he is working or not. One time he was on vacation in Maine and he took our calls. That is known as over-the-top service. Very satisfied retail florist!
We are a small retail florist in a small town, fees have always been an issue for us. We never passed the fees to the customer and now the fees are not cutting into our profits, they are very reasonable and easier to absorb. Our customer support person, Evan Stanfield did everything he could to make our experience great and he was so helpful, felt like he was a close friend!
