Recently we had some issues with our 10,000+ contact list and how to better manage it. Beth was extremely helpful in helping us clean up our list by segmenting part of it, deleting invalid or expired contacts and creating a sort function which will enable us to maintain the list more efficiently. She also made suggestions on how to manage our list in the future. Her knowledge and courtesy made a difficult task pleasant!

Does the job for us! Allows us to easily manage our contacts and prospects. Would love to see a newer platform with easier management, but Salesforce is very robust and offers a lot of flexibility.

We have been thoroughly impressed with Campaigner's email marketing platform and their exceptional account management support. The platform itself is packed with user-friendly features that make creating, managing, and analyzing email campaigns easy. The tools available cater to both beginners and seasoned marketers alike.

I needed a work around with an issue on how I needed to use Omnisend for my service based business and not having a store. Initially they told me they were not able to work the way I needed. I thought ok, I'll have to use the product the way it is set up. End of story. However, what happened next was incredibly surprising. Omnisend figured a work around for me and then even went further and changed things on the back end so that I could use their product the way that I wanted and needed to use it! I don't have a store because I'm a large service based business. So Omnisend converted my store to an API so that I could use workflows and make my life so much easier whenever I added new contacts to get them in the flow of emails. It is RARE to come across a company that will work around their own product to help a customer. I was completely surprised they did for my little business. I've since shared this with my fellow service based businesses in the wedding industry like hair and makeup artists. Baka, the individual that I spoke with took great initiative and went to find a work around for me. I cannot thank him enough!

I love hub spot CRM!! We have just moved up to the professional version of this software and are at the onboarding stage. So having our hand held for 3 months to make all fields on the system relevant to us and to learn about more features we will be using in the near future, that the professional version offers. This software is amazing! What it doesn't offer, isn't worth having. It truly does it all and helps run your business. I wanted to leave this review to say how great the onboarding process has been with Gerardine Farrell. She is absolutely brilliant at what she does. Gerardine talks you through each and every little piece of change that you need to know about the system. She does this in a very clear, slow and helpful way and even records the calls, so I can refer back to it after our sessions, so to remind me of tasks I need to do. What a great asset Gerardine is to the Hub Spot company!! Thanks so much :)

Carolina was so helpful in designing an email for our supporters. She was patient, well-expressed and knowledgeable in answering my inquiries. Thank you Carolina!

I have been using SmartSheet for a while now, and I must say that it has become an indispensable tool in my daily work routine. What I like most about SmartSheet is its remarkable versatility. It's not just a project management tool, it's an all-in-one solution that can adapt to various tasks and projects, making it highly efficient for both individuals and teams.

Campaigner has a HUGE impact on my online sales. I send a weekly email to subscribers and always see an IMMEDIATE jump in traffic and sales! Grateful.

The system's top-notch and always getting updated. The customer service folks in there are super nice and can fix your problems right away!
